Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been delivered.

If you experience an issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll do our best to resolve it — including re-sending files or providing a replacement if there was a technical error on our end. (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incompatibility with your platform (please check file specs before purchasing)
• Accidental purchases (please review your cart carefully)

If your emote is rejected by Twitch's automated review system, please reach out — we're happy to work with you on adjustments. 💛
